Respondents are invited to note:
- Questionnaire responses are kindly requested to be e-mailed to uranking@sesrtcic.org
- Please fill out the questionnaire as completely as possible.
- While responding to the questions, please do not feel limited by the response space provided. You can create additional spaces by widening the boxes.
- The SESRIC researchers are available to assist respondents in answering the questionnaire. Respondents are encouraged to contact the SESRIC for any clarifications or guidance that would make responding easier and more accurate. Please contact:
